As a nurse, mom and sugar addict, I’ve come to understand that weight loss cannot be an approached as diet “that fits all.”

The first thing I have learned in selling HCG over this past decade and in my own journey is that there are numerous reasons for failing. There are so many factors that influence the way we look at food—from emotions to cultural beliefs and socialization.

I approach weight loss as a lifestyle change. A majority of us are ignorant or lack the nutrition and coping skills, a major part of why most diets fail. HCG gives you the advantage to start with a clean slate. I also provide you with tools that are necessary to sustain that life style change.

I enjoy looking for the latest and most successful updates in weight loss, weight management, and weight control pills. I’ve researched addiction as well as other areas that are essential in making weight loss successful.

In addition, I have the advantage of consulting immediately with my husband who is a medical doctor with a practice located in the same office if any situation requires a clinical or medical judgement.

In the last 12 years, we have covered the El Paso, Las Cruces, Anthony and Van Horn areas. I’ve also had the opportunity to serve other areas of the United States, which I only do very selectively. I have often thought about hosting group sessions for my patients, but I believe that since weight loss is unique to each body, it must be taken through an individual approach. It is a journey that requires one-on-one consultation, which distance doesn’t allow for.
